Join us in celebrating the release of Julie's first cookbook! Please read the complete description; there are some unusual aspects to this book launch to ensure everyone's health and safety.

You're invited to the Red Barn Wellness Collective for the launch of The Complete Guide to Pickling. To aid social distancing, we will be outdoors (there is covered space), so please dress appropriately. Although there is no ticket charge, we are staggering arrivals, so please indicate the number in your party and choose your arrival time by clicking the Register button. Please bring your mask and, if you would like to be assured a seat, your own chair.

Julie is busy pickling many recipes from the book for you to sample at the event, and shrubs and fermented beverages will be served. You'll be able to snack, relax by the bonfire, and listen to live music by Big Sky City Lights. Julie will also be signing and selling copies of The Complete Guide to Pickling, as well as The Pickled Picnic, her companion digital collection of recipes that use pickles.
